Problem Title:
failure of reaching final working temperature-pressure |

Problem Description:
we own a validator 8 model AB. 120 vac 8 Amps max, sterilizer. it seems to work ok at the begining of the process, it started rising temperature and pressure in an adequate way but almost at the end of the range, suddenly alarms indicating fail, we have noticed we still have water in the reservoir, the door is well closed but we always got the same results. we have already changed the small electronic board where the pressure sensor is, the results improved for having the fail at the begining to almost the end of the process, we also have cleaned up the water tank and all the hoses but the problem still remain. please give us a hint about it. n.b. we don't have the maintenace manual for this equipment, we would like to know if we can get it from you. mr. rodolfo loaiza. mazatlan, mexico. |
