Problem Description:
Hi, During PQ, we placed the probe inside the bottle. We made a hole on the cap of the bottle, inserted the probe and sealed the gap with sterile tape. During normal operation for liquid load, how and are we supposed to place the RTD so that we don t compromise the sterility while taking out the probe from the load after sterilization. |
