sir, Iam sending this mail from Saudi arabia.we are using your vacuklav-31-B model in our dental clinic.we are using only Distelled water in that autocalve it is with out ant problem but since yeserday it is showing one error message related with the quality of water.we removed all water from the tank and refilled with fresh distilled waer but same problem is continuing.vaccum test is also showing failure.pls tell me the solution to overcome this problem.i hope a speedy reply from you. with regards Shameer ibrahim.M Bio medical department Hafar al Batin KSA |
| Reasons |
| 1. Confirm that you manually fill the onboard tank with distilled water. What is the exact error for the water quality and for the vacuum test? Do you purchase or filter your water source? |
| 2. Is it possible that you have a bad batch of distilled water? Drain and refill again using a new supply of water. Clean the door gasket and remove to clean if needed and retest the vacuum test cycle when it is cold. |
